Providing inner-city youth the opportunity to alter the trajectory of their lives. We believe that early intervention and mentoring will unlock the unlimited potential inherent in our young men. Giving back to the community in this specific way is something Kevin Green Sr. & Jr. had discussed over the years. The immediate need to pivot to a virtual world exposed the sad fact that black boys were overwhelmingly on the wrong side of the digital divide. Widespread civil unrest, growing racial tensions and inherent systemic inadequacies created a perfect storm to widen the almost insurmountable gap in education, mental health, and financial literacy. A Different Outcome (ADO) is not your traditional nonprofit. This organization was designed to thrive in a virtual environment but built to easily transition as things normalize.
