The Immigrant Development Inc. (TIDE) is a public benefit non-profit organization that is operated exclusively to serve immigrants within the UnitedStates. More than 45 Million immigrants live in the U.S. According to 2018 American Community Survey (ACS) data, one (1) in seven (7) U.S. Residents isforeign born, 14 percent of the 330+ Million people in the U.S. Are immigrants. Specifically, immigrants who are new to the U.S. Face unique challengesand need specific help to navigate through early life in the U.S.. They do not have mentorship and networking opportunities to learn from othersuccessful immigrants, advance their professional careers or opportunities to get inspired. Our organization will provide a wide set of programs to driveprofessional, economic, educational and social upliftment of the Immigrant population in the United States.
