Nilgiris Foundation Inc

The Nilgiris Foundation Inc. TNF has been formed with a view to conduct activities for the general benefit primarily of residents and communities in the Nilgiris Hills of Southern India but also elsewhere in India in the areas of environmental governance water conservation sanitation maintain and enhancing biodiversity organic farming namely I engagement with individuals and organization in the United States and globally for development of sustainable living methodologies for indigenous communities; ii partnering cooperating with individuals and US and or other worldwide organizations for designing process for implementing sustainable living methodologies; and iii raising funds to cooperate or partner with people and organizations around the world to develop ideas and to implement plans for sustainable living primarily in the Nilgiris Biosphere Reserve and or elsewhere in India.
