Translash is a non-profit, cross-platform Media organization which uses the power of journalism and personal-storytelling to embed accurate new narratives of transgender people, with an emphasis on those of color, into public consciousness, thereby helping to decrease violence directed at this communitythe most marginalized of the marginalizedto save lives. By helping to end the lack of knowledge about trans people, Translash helps to combat rising authoritarianism and protect democracy. It does so through an array of award-winning video, documentary, animated podcast, written, digital, social Media and newsletter content.
