To promote Community Development and combat Community deterioration by taking remedial action to eliminate the physical, economic, and social causes of such deterioration in accordance with section 1.501(c)(3)-1(d)(2) of the treasury regulations, including, without limitation, developing affordable housing and providing Community economic Development.
