Nuestros Alimentos

Nourish LA Nuestros Alimentos is a Los Angeles-based 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to help cultivate a vast network of partnerships to ensure food is not wasted and people do not go hungry. Each week we collect excess food from farms community trees gardens restaurants and supermarkets that we distribute to in-need Angeleños. All excess green waste is diverted from landfills to animal husbandry and green spaces compost. In the past three years we've diverted four Million pounds of food from going to waste fed over a quarter of a Million people and had over 3,000 volunteers log over 20,000 volunteer hours in support of our mission.
