Gilchrist Baltimore Center Support Corporation

The specific objectives of the corporation shall be to: (I) Support Gilchrist hospice care, inc. ("ghc") so long as such organization continues to be created and organized for exempt purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code; (ii) develop, initiate, and operate projects that are consistent with the needs of ghc; and (iii) engage in any lawful act or activity in furtherance of the forgoing, provided such activities are not in violation, or inconsistent with, the corporation's status as a charitable and educational organization under section 501(c)(3) of the code.
