The corporation is a not-for-profit corporation organized for the purpose of providing high-quality community centered events including educational activities; training and community outreach initiatives that emphasizecharacter building, leadership development, life skills and healthy lifestyles which enhance the lives of people of color including the youth and their families; opportunities in the areas of professional development; awareness building (jobs, health, nutrition, etc.); and social engagement.
