Mississippi Future Foundation Inc

The corporation's initial and sole priority in its first years was to research medical marijuana programs in other States to aid the Mississippi state department of health in creating a new medical marijuana program in 2021 with corresponding regulations. The experience of other States provided helpful guidance as to what has been successful and what regulatory problems needed to be avoided. Research papers and model regulations were drafted by policy experts and lawyers hired by the corporation using data and regulations from other States which was tailored for Mississippi regulators.
