Doditty Foundation

To facilitate charitable contributions (the 'Contributions') to U.S.-based charities that are tax-exempt as described by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (the 'Code'). The Contributions will be raised through campaigns on Doditty.com, an online fundraising platform operated by Doditty, LLC, a Tennessee Limited Liability Company ('Doditty.com'). Doditty.com hosts fundraising campaigns sponsored by an artist and musical act (each an 'Artist') that encourage fans of the Artist to make the Contributions to the Applicant to benefit one or more charities selected by the Artist. The Contributions are accepted and administered by the Foundation as donor advised gifts and distributed in accordance with sections 4966 and 4967 of the Code and Internal Revenue Service ('IRS') Notices 2006-109 and 2017-73.
