Western Arizona Council of Emergency Medical Services

Receive funds from state of AZ and use them to assist rural Arizona Emergency Medical Services providers with education training equipment and supplies. Assist same providers with meeting state safety and OSHA guidelines. Conducts needs assessments and plans and coordinates a regional Emergency Medical and trauma Services system within a designated planning area. Demonstrates continued support annually by action of the governing bodies of the counties cities towns and fire districts within the planning area representing a majority of the total population of the area.
