The organization is organized exclusively for the benefit of and to be responsive to the needs and demands of the Early learning coalition of orange county, a Florida not for profit organization, and to be an integral part and maintain a significant involvement in the operation of Early learning coalition of orange county including without limitation to conduct fundrasing activities on behalf of, and to invest the funds and act as an endowment for Early learning coalition of orange county and in general to provide services and materials to enhance the Development of children prior to their entering kindergarten.
