1. The B.A.S.S. Federation Nation (hereafter referred to as the Federation) is established to preserve and promote the conservation of freshwater fisheries habitat through youth programs, water and habitat conservation programs, education, angling and other associated natural resources programs with the goal of improving or creating abundant, healthy and self-sustaining fisheries where a natural potential exists.
