American Blueberry Growers Alliance

The Alliance is organized and shall be operated exclusively as a business league within the meaning of section 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended, to protect, promote, and improve business conditions for American Blueberry Growers as follows: (I) representing and advocating for the common interests of American Blueberry Growers to governments, including the United States congress, the president of the United States, federal departments and agencies, and the legislatures, governors, and department and agencies of the States, through both direct and indirect communications, with regard to the formulation, modification and adoption of legislation, executive orders, government regulations, rules and programs (including the administration or execution of government programs), and any other government policy, division, or position relating to the production, marketing, consumption or sale of blueberries; (ii) developing and announcing the consensus position of America
