The organization was formed for the specific purpose of operating, maintaining and protecting parks and public spaces in the city of buffalo, New York, including but not limited to parks and public spaces owned or operated by the city of buffalo, including but not limited to RALPH c. Wilson centennial park, and to promote the public use of such parks and public spaces.
