To provide pioneer technology and arts academy of Colorado and other public charter schools, in order to facilitate charter school campus development projects, including designingk financing, holding title to the property and leasing the developments, including collecting rents and paying expenses incidental to such activities, for the purpose of providing affordable facilites for public charter schools at or below market rates, and facilitate the attainment of higher Education by providing college tuition assistance in the form of scholarships and grants for charter school graduates.
