Swim Bike Run 4 Life Club

To promote lifestyle change in the African American community leading to the adoption of routine exercise: swim, bike, and run/walk. A key component of the program is training community members to become multisport mission ambassadors/influencers who help plan and implement pop-up training events, participate in community service opportunities and deliver messaging to community members and opinion leaders.
