A. To sponsor, direct, coach, teach and promote youth athletic programs and the game of baseball for youth players at the recreational level of play. B. To encourage and actively promote good sportsmanship, leadership, discipline and respect among team members, parents and coaches. C. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.
