The SPRING Hill Community Empowerment center of Virginia is organized exclusively for charitable, religious and educational purposes, including such purposes as the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. We seek to empower children, youth, the elderly and families via educational programs, and direct services that meet basic needs, cultivate exemplary character development, foster learning and create healthier communities within nottoway county, Virginia
