Friends of RBC Inc

1. To provide funds to local people and charities and setup scholarship fund s to the local high schools. 2. To do all and everything necessary, suitable,or proper for the accomplishment of any other purposes, the attainment of any of the projects or the furtherance of any powers hereinbefore set forth, either alone or in connection with other with other corporations, firms agencies, individuals or governmental bodies, and either as principals or agents, and to do every other act or acts, thing or things, incidental or appurtenant to or growing out of or connected with the aforesaid objects, purposes or powers, or any of them. 3. To have as additional purposes all powers granted to corporations by the laws of the commonwealth of Massachusetts, provided that no such purposes shall include any activity inconsistentwith g.l. Chapter 180
