The organization's mission is to address the need for systemic change in the demographics and current narratives of the entertainment industry. We will create measurable impact by establishing a black creative middle class and helping to build sustainable careers for independent producers of color, thereby shifting the narrative to better reflect the diversity of our stories and human experience.
