To provide Physical Therapy and related services to maintain and increase function for the residents of st. monica's senior living, inc., a community based residential facility serving frail elderly and memory care residents, and to provide outpatient Physical Therapy and related services to members of the public in need of similar services to increase public awareness of st. monica's senior living, inc. and the services it provides.
