Educate and encourage women on service opportunities and benefits, including but not limited to service in the military or civilian national service organizations, such as americorps, city year, peace corps, or federal service, such as the cia and fbi. Educate women in service fields about the importance of holding the government responsible, demanding transparent government, and creating a stronger democracy. Develop leadership skills in women committed to service through workshops, mentoring, education, and programming. Support and encourage women in service to run for and seek political office. Support policies that encourage service to country and that hold government responsible and build a stronger democracy.
