The Association of Gleaning Organizations supports groups across North America that harvest surplus fresh produce to distribute to those in need. By engaging communities in collecting excess fruits and vegetables from farms gardens and backyards we combat food waste and increase access to healthy food for underserved individuals and families. Our efforts not only reduce hunger but also promote sustainability and community involvement in addressing food insecurity.
