Transformational Leadership Collaborative Inc

The Transformational Leadership Collaborative (TLC), inc. has been organized as a non-profit to create and implement a program leading to a substantial reimagining of how public safety work is approached and concurrent services supporting the implementation of 21st century public safety approaches. This mission includes developing Collaborative alignment between key stakeholders in the community - to include public safety departments and their Leadership; peace officers; training and direct service personnel; and community members and organizations seeking improvements in the nature and structure of policing. The objectives under this mission include but are not limited to: reducing and eliminating conflict and tension between providers and recipients of public safety services; addressing and mitigating issues of inherent bias and other key impediments to the building of trust and coordination between public safety officers and the communities they serve, with specific emphasis on rela
