The purpose for which the corporation is organized is to nurture the culture of lake Wales by presenting a spectacular gathering of musicians and performers that leads to a greater awareness and supports lake Wales arts and recreation programming the corporation is organized exclusively for Charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions that qualify as an exempt organization under 501 (c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
