Our mission and purpose is to conduct and promote basic and applied research of contemporary education issues, which include but are not limited to -- perspectives from information Technology, data analysis, semiconductor Technology, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, cyber-security,cognitive systems engineering, innovation/Technology commercialization and entrepreneurship. This includes making recommendations regarding related policy impacts that would be useful to the individual and beneficial to the community.
