The primary and specific purpose for which this corporation is formed are:a. To exclusively operate as a charitable and educational nonprofit organization.b. To promote the universal principles and teachings of the bhagwad Geeta by providing an environment of spirituality, worship, education, social interaction and well-being.c. To impart training to other individuals to do the afore-mentioned work.d. To organize and/or undertake lectures, consultations, books, publications, audio, video, cassettes and cds, classes, seminars, workshops, conferences, and discussion groups to promote the aims and mission of this corporation.e. To operate exclusively in any other manner for such charitable and educational purposes as will qualify it as an exempt organization under code section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue (irc) of 1954, as amended, or under any corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws, covering the distributions to organizations qualified as tax exempt.
