Icat Training Foundation

Icat Training foundation provides, maintains, and coordinates a building and outdoor Training facilities that are provided, free of charge, for use by the national integrating communications, assessment, and tactics (icat) Training program. This program provides police officers with the tools, skills and options they need to successfully and safely defuse a range of critical incidents. The Icat Training is provided by police executive research forum (perf) and its certified instructors. Multiple other law enforcement agencies use the facilities for indoor and outdoor Training activities, free of charge.
