Central Dakota Development corporation is organized for the Development of the rural south Dakota community of kennebec, sd for the betterment of the community as a whole by providing opportunities to acquire or dispose of assets for such purposes(intended to be real estate). To conduct other activities which may enhance or promote the Development of this rural community in any way those purposes set forth above may be permitted by law.
