Promoting the development and growth of the convention, tourism, and visitor industry; (ii) to erect and maintain public recreational and educational facilities for the general public, and to develop destination events and activities for the attraction of visitors and enhancement of residents' quality of life; (iii) to promote the development and growth of the music, film, and television industry and production within Fort WORTH, Texas, and the surrounding communities; (iv) to combat community deterioration and strengthen the economic health of Fort WORTH, Texas, and the surrounding communities by stimulating community and economic development within the region.
