The Della Penna Motorsports nextgen foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that empowers girls between the ages of 5-22 with the knowledge, expertise, skills and mentorship and most importantly, the opportunities to supercharge a future in Motorsports-whether it is behind the wheel, in the garage, or behind a computer. From the classroom to the track, to the podium, we use our love of Motorsports to engage and support girls as they rise through the ranks and become the next professional race car drivers, chassis designers, team engineers or mechanics
