Cmit Louisiana, llc provides molecular imaging services, including to low-income individuals at low or no cost, radiopharmceutical manufacturing services, and supports ongoing clinical and translational research in the area of molecular imaging. In doing so it will support the mission of its sole member, brf, llc, whose sole member is the biomedical research foundation of northwest Louisiana, an organization exempt under section 501(c)(3).
