Pawphanage for Wayward Pets Inc

We rescue small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters, providing lifelong care if a suitable adoption does not take place. We actively try to get animals adopted but do require appropriate care and living areas as per current best practices for the animals health and safety. We also work to educate the general public as to the real and often unmet care needs of these animals, give all of our animals appropriate and emergency vet care, and do outreaches to assist other rescues. We also will assist with other rescues if they become overwhelmed such as the rabbits released in south Florida last year, by helping to spread the word, provide emergency supplies and transportation.
