Northeast Wholesalers Association

The Northeast Wholesalers association is organized and shall be operated on a non-profit basis to: - promote and advance the distribution of products to retailers and sub- distributors located in the northeastern States of the United States, included but not limited to, connecticut, delaware, maine, maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, rhode island, and vermont (colletcively, the "Northeast"); - promote activities and programs of an eduational nature within the industry, designed to improve business practices, merchandising programs, and services; - encourage a spirit of cooperation among the members of the association, thier supplies and customers; - cooperate with other industries, organizations and governmental agencies on matters of common interest; - provide a unified voice on legislative, regulatory and policy issues that affect the wholesale distribution industry; and - to do anything necessary and proper to accomplish the objectives of the
