The funds raised in charitable contributions were used to cover operational expenses for the foundation to self operate by developing our digital utility token and covering foreign exchange listing fees to self launch our start-up phase of our Autism and mental health charity utility token to benefit those with special needs as content creators to provide jobs where we pay our content creators in our Native utility token to provide independent contractor opportunities for people with special needs. Our charity utility token does not currently trade on U.S. Markets and is outside the jurisdiction of the U.S Government. Our charity utility token is registered with FINCEN as a MSB and money transmitter.
