Said corporation is organized exclusively for educational, and scientific purposes to create a non- profit educational entity for the assisted reproductive technologies (art) community. Specifically, it is intended to educate clinical embryologists as the founders are leaders in this field and to provide a forum for clinical embryologists, embryology research scientists, reproductive technologists, and engineers in the art field to share and disseminate scientific and practical knowledge to practicing reproductive scientists and clinical embryology technicians to facilitate best practices and achieve better outcomes for the art community.
