To build and maintain a first class Museum and Academy of Songwriting to promote, protect and preserve the legacy of macdavis as a songwriter, musician, performer, and actor, and use his legacy to support the development, empowerment and publicexposure of new composers, musicians and performers throughout the United States of America and the world. To create an educational forum that fosters innovation, collaboration and creativity in the composition of music exemplified by the brilliant songs written by MAC Davis during his career, and fosters the unique performance, and presentation of such compositions throughout the world.
