San Alfonso Housing, inc. was formed under the laws of the state of Florida as a not-for-profit corporation. The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and/or educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations which qualify as exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended. In pursuance of the foregoing, the corporation shall have the purpose to provide affordable Housing provide services to promote the health and security of the residents and to maintain the facilities. The corporation acquired land in zolfo springs Florida to construct a 21 unit rental property known as casa San Alfonso. Casa San Alfonso was completed in 2024.
