El Paso children's Garden, inc.'s mission is to create a public botanic graden that inspires a deeper connection to nature, engenders a commitment to conserve and protect our natural resources, and fosters a greater understanding of the interdependence of plants and people through research, education and hands-on experience. El Paso children's Garden, inc. was incorporated as a nonprofit organization under title I, chapter 3, subchapter a of the Texas business organizations code (the "boc"). El Paso children's Garden, inc. is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
