The Class of 1968 Assistance Fund was created to provide grants to classmates, widows, and/or family members of classmates of the Princeton University Class of 1968 who are in need of financial Assistance, typically of a one-time or short-term nature, as provided by our by-laws and stated in our Form 1023 application. Members of the Board are prohibited from receiving such grants or benefits and serve as uncompensated volunteers. At such time as the Fund is terminated, all remaining assets will pass to the general endowment of Princeton University. IRS 501(c)(3) was received 7/11/2022, retroactive to the date of incorporation, 8/10/2021.
