The corporation is organized for the purpose of promoting such common interests of its members as may qualify it as exempt under section 501(c)(6), including but not limited to serving the global business community in providing world-class quality and efficient service in a highly cost-competitive and value-driven environment by: a. Promoting the use of International Arbitration and the selection of the city of Chicago, il as the seat for International Arbitration proceedings. B. providing services to parties involved in International Arbitration proceeding to host hearing, including in person hearings and virtual hearings. C. providing a forum where practitioners, arbitrators, in-house counsel, academics, students, and others interested in International Arbitration can network and exchange ideas and information regarding matters related to International dispute resolution.
