MHF engages in research and development of conflict history and reconciliation processes and practices, and focuses work its work around the following areas:a.organizing events, programs and workshops to promote and advance reconciliation and sustainable peace,b.increase trauma awareness as part of social healing,c.helping people live and work together taking into consideration historical, cultural and intergenerational conflicts and affects of trauma,d.engaging with local leaders and grassroots communities in designing truth and reconciliation processes,e.providing and developing workshops, assisting in the publication of articles, producing podcasts, and disseminating useful information and leading collaborations of research and practice that advance transformative reconciliation,f.engaging in research regarding reconciliation processes and practices,g.fostering collaboration between students, professors, reconciliation practitioners and policy makers.
