Care for Ethiopia

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, including but not limited to the purposes of: a. The prevention, care and treatment of hiv/aids to reduce infections and improve the lives of those affected in Ethiopia; b. Cooperating with other nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies which work to prevent, care for and treat hiv/aids to reduce infections and improve the lives of those affected in Ethiopia; and c. Distributing money and resources to qualifying section 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations which work to prevent, care for and treat hiv/aids to reduce infections and improve the lives of those affected in Ethiopia.
