Thrive Kenya supports over 400 orphaned, abandoned, abused, neglected, and vulnerable impoverished children living in the rural area of Homa Bay County, Kenya and in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. Our vision for every child is that they grow up in a loving family based environment, building a foundation to Thrive in an independent and self sustaining life. The problem is that across Kenya, countless children are orphaned, abandoned, or separated from family because of poverty or crisis. Without safe loving care and education, they face risks that can shape the rest of their lives. Our belief is that every child deserves a safe family, quality education, and the chance to become a thriving, self reliant adult. Our approach is to provide child centered, family-focused care that nurtures emotional security and belonging within a supportive family environment.
