John Akey Foundation

The John Akey foundation supports causes that were meaningful to John Akey during his time on earth. This includes support of programs that assist people dealing with addiction issues. John lived a life that brought people together for a common good. He fought for fairness, kindness, and equity in school, in the work place, and in all social situations. His foundation will support causes or individuals that embody that same spirit. As a scholar athlete himself, john's foundation may support athletes who demonstrate team work, dedication, kindness, academic excellence and a desire to pursue higher education.
