We firmly believe that creating a system focused on the ongoing improvement of outreach, fellowship, worship, and discipleship must be the central aim of any church improvement effort. It is our "theory of change" that church staff and laity achievement will not improve unless and until we create organizations and systems where all church leaders are learning how to significantly improve their character and skills.
