The organization was formed with the charitable purpose to support the careers of Black and brown underrepresented minorities in the Hedge fund and financial services industry and to advance equal job opportunities in such industries. The Organizations activities include providing networking, education and professional development opportunities for investment management industry Professionals and service providers of color, for the purpose of facilitating access and career progression, and providing a platform for firms to identify diverse talent and to learn about best practices for hiring, retaining and promoting such Professionals. Our activities for investment management industry Professionals are geared to cater to the spectrum of tenure in the industry, including pre and early career as well as experienced Professionals.
