The organization's purpose is to provide free tax representation, education, and assistance to low-income Taxpayers involved in federal civil income or employment tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service. The clinic also educates Taxpayers about their rights and responsibilities under the tax law and promotes access to justice for underserved communities.
