Aquatic Environmental Initiative Inc

Aquatic Environmental Initiative, Inc. is established for the monitoring, documentation, and search for solutions to marine Environmental pollution, including but not limited to the threats of micro-plastics and perfluoroalkyl/perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) to the world's reefs, beaches, and drinking water. Said organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
